Evangelismos Trading Company was established in 1973 and opened it’s first shop in the capital Nicosia. It started importing Bentley pianos from the UK and Admira guitars from spain mandolins from Italy and a wide range of music books. In 1978 after a great demand the company decided and opened a second store in the capital Nicosia, increased the imports of wind, string and percussion instruments. In 1983 the company expands even more by opening a third shop in Nicosia, and adds another name to the already wide range of brands the “Young Chang” pianos of Korea, and also expands the range of instruments it imports. The company decides to also open in other towns of Cyprus and in1996 it opens a shop in Larnaca. In 1997 the company opens another shop in Limassol. In 1997 it moves all the shops in Nicosia to a large 3 stories shop in a central street of the capital. Today EVANGELISMOS TRADING CO. is the largest importer of musical instruments, music accessories and books from all over the world.
