The IW8030LP from Phonic is a 2-way in-ceiling speaker that provides high-quality audio performance for a variety of applications. The 8" polypropylene woofer and 1" titanium-Mylar tweeter provide crisp, detailed audio with a wide frequency response. The drivers are housed in a low-profile zinc-plated steel backcan with an iron-molded circular construct with a fireproof coating. It also has a powder-coated steel grille with a safety tether. The speaker has a built-in transformer for 70/100V operation. It also has an 8 ohm operating mode, supporting all types of installations. Screw-terminal phoenix inputs with loop-thru are provided to connect to virtually any sound system. All installation accessories are included for easy setup.
